Wake up early
brush my teeth
go and see the niece and nephews
have some breakfast
and a chat
gives lots of hugs and kisses
tells them be home safe

always protected
have a ride on the train
greet the co workers
from 8-4 daily
having fun
talk a walk
admiring the sun
evening now
weather has changed
cool
better to sleep
good to walk
great on the feet
makes the soul feel better
take a step
heal the heart
something wonderful to be apart
take a try
then ask why
good to live
be home soon
been twenty minutes
greet the neighbors
pass fellow walkers
look at the sky
its beautiful
a cloud
